This is a Japanese New Year Inaho main Shimenawa decoration.
The design is shown in Image 1. For the camellia, you can choose from red, white, or three shades of pink as shown in Image 2.
*Please note that the color of the origami (red) used on the fan cannot be chosen.
The colors are for reference only.
